Certificate Collection
A LEVEL & GCSE CERTIFICATES COLLECTION INFORMATION
GCSE and A Level Certificates from the Summer 2025 season will be available for collection from Monday 15 December 2025 from 10am-2pm.
Candidates must ensure they bring a valid ID (e.g. passport, driving licence).
If you are unable to collect your certificates in person, you may authorise someone to collect them on your behalf using the link below. The authorised person must bring their own proof of ID when collecting.

All the certificates are kept securely in the exam office and need to be collected in person. We do not post, as they are confidential documents and expensive to replace.

Summer 2023 will be available for collection until April 2026
Summer 2024 will be available for collection until April 2026
As per the exams retention Policy, after 12 months from the date of issue, certificates not collected will be destroyed.

If you are leaving us this summer, please be aware that your examination certificates will be available for collection later in the year, once they have been received from the awarding bodies.
