On Tuesday, 19th March Year 12 and 13 students went on a five day trip to Iceland. Year 13 student Ethan Osborn-Clarke tells us about his experience:
The Iceland trip exceeded my high expectations! The trip, for both geographers and non-geographers, was a perfect opportunity to experience real world geoscience and a chance to put learning into context.
We were fortunate to participate in a number of unique experiences including a glacier walk, visiting multiple black sand beaches and visiting geothermally heated swimming pools.
The memories from this trip will last a long time and was thoroughly enjoyed by all group members.
