The St. Bede’s Way Spotlight identifies someone who stands out as exemplifying one of our three St Bede’s Way principles of “Work Hard. Be Kind. Do the Right Thing.”
This week our spotlight highlights Year 10 students Henry and Will. Henry and Will were recently selected to represent Bristol Bears Rugby team. A successful debut for both students with a 33-15 win against opponents the Rhondda Valley.
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The college would like to send its condolences to all members of the Royal Family at this sad time. We pray for the repose of the soul of Her Majesty.
We are delighted to present the 24th Annual Prize Giving albeit a little differently this year.
Clifton Diocese would like the college community to come together to pray at 12 noon each day.

A decision has been made to postpone the Year 9 Parents' Evening which was scheduled to take place on Thursday, 19th March. This will be re-scheduled for later this academic year. We will of course, keep you informed.

On Monday, 10th February we were delighted to welcome to St. Bede’s Father Augusto Zampini Davies.

As part of our Diocese Year of Communion we were presented with a special candle by Bishop Declan at the recent Education Mass.
On 23rd and 24th January St. Bede's hosted the University of Bristol Christmas Lectures provided by ChemLabs. These lectures are modelled on the Christmas lectures held annually by the Royal Institution in London which are televised during the Christmas period. It is through events like this that St. Bede’s promotes its science specialism and helps make science more accessible to pupils.
