The School Games Organiser is responsible for coordinating a calendar of fixtures and festivals in a wide range of sports for all schools in North Bristol. The School Games role forms part of the Governments National Schools Sports Strategy and is overseen by the Youth Sports Trust.
The Community Sports Team are responsible for engaging the local community into playing sport at the St Bede's facilities. This is achieved by running community sports sessions targeting all ages, genders and abilities. The sessions are run by both local clubs and organisations and the Community Sports Team themselves. Currently the site plays host to many different sports in the evening and at weekends and the different sports are shown below.
The site is currently a Hub Site for the national Street Games project. Street Games is aimed at getting young people playing sport on their own door step in their own community.
